the location was pretty good for getting around. the metro was nearby.
The room felt cramped. I could barely move. there weren't enough hangers for my clothes. also, getting ice from the receptionist was like pulling teeth.. he acted like i was asking for the moon..

i appreciated the super helpful staff who assisted with directions. the underground parking across the road was convenient. i requested a space when i booked and secured it without issue. the location felt safe , in a residential area , and close to a metro line about two minutes away. breakfast offered many delicious choices and i liked the fresh ingredients.
the room was a bit small , but it was manageable for one person.

I felt very welcome throughout my visit. i liked that the hotel offered drinks all day in the lobby. It was great after long walks! the beds were really comfortable and my room was clean. the shower pressure was strong, and the shower floor and grouting were super clean.
The rooms are on the smaller side. Space is limited. i had a little trouble managing luggage.

The reception staff are available 24 hours. I found this reassuring, especially arriving late. they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations, even printing maps. i really appreciated their attentiveness, and they were always smiling!
